The Joe Shield Chill Custom Cooling Face Mask will last you a lifetime! You only have to purchase it once, and you can use and re-use it indefinitely. Unless the size or shape of your face changes, it is a one-time purchase.

That's a great question! To have the best shaving experience possible, we've determined that two masks are better than one. One mask will certainly do the trick to cooling razor burn, but when that one becomes slightly warm, it's awesome to be able to slap another on your face to get double the cooling benefits and pleasure. We want you to enjoy your shave in the best way possible!

Well, you most certainly can, but there are several reasons why our masks are superior to a frozen bag of veggies. First, the Joe Shield Chill Custom Cooling Mask is just that - it's custom. It's designed to fit your face perfectly so the icy cold gets into every crevice of your face. This gives you the maximum cooling effect possible. Secondly, over time, most likely that bag of peas will develop holes and could leak out and make a big mess of your bathroom, and your face. And lastly, using a frozen bag of veggies to cool your face is not sanitary. What if someone accidently eats those veggies after you've thawed and re-froze them over and over? That's just disgusting!

As soon as we receive your order, your masks and cooler bag will be packaged and shipped immediately from our California warehouse. Depending on where you live, it may take up to a week to receive.
